X-Ray Technologist for Mammography Training

The Pay Rate for the temporary employee shall be $38.00/hr. upon start of the temporary assignment, and will increase to $45/hr. after 2 months of the assignment start date if the following mammography training has been completed: A 40-hour initial Mammography training course with 8-hours of training in digital mammography, i-hours of training in Tomosyntheses, and successfully passing the California State Mammography Licensing Exam ("Mammograph Training"). If temporary employee does not complete the Mammography Training within 2 months of their start date, the temporary assignment will end. Upon the conversion of the temporary employee and after completion of one year on assignment with Client, Client will reimburse temporary employee for both the initial Mammography Training Course and Digital Breast Tomosynthesis course based on Client's review and approval of the costs for these courses.
