Youth Support Practitioner at Enviros

Shape lives at Enviros as a Youth and Family Support Practitioner. This role focuses on empowering youth in vulnerable positions within the Passages program, operating Friday to Monday.
Enviros is seeking a dedicated professional for its Passages program, a residential support initiative for youth aged 13-17. You'll provide supervision and direct care, allowing youth to thrive by implementing personalized treatment plans. Each stay lasts 6-12 months, helping youth transition successfully back to family or appropriate placements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support youth daily in the program
• Assist with household routines and facility maintenance
• Facilitate engaging programs and activities for youth
• Maintain case management records and administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Human Services required
• Experience in group-living environments with youth
