Youth Support Worker - Addiction Recovery

As a Youth Support Worker, you will assist youth in the Youth Addictions Stabilization Unit and the Intoxicated Persons Detention Area, delivering tailored interventions to aid recovery. You will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team, working alongside nurses and paramedics to assess and implement effective treatment plans while documenting progress meticulously.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate admissions and discharges in coordination with the team

• Use behaviour management to de-escalate crisis situations
