Skillset : Zscaler Security Engineer - L3 Support Experience : 8 - 12 Years Job Location : Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Mumbai / Kolkata / Cochin / NCR / Bhubaneswar / Ahmedabad Role Summary The L3 Zscaler Engineer serves as the final technical authority for Zscaler platforms, leading architecture design, deep‑dive troubleshooting, automation, and Zero Trust security implementations. This role owns complex problem resolution, drives platform optimization, and mentors L2/L2.5 engineers. Key Responsibilities: Advanced Support & Escalations Act as the final escalation point for critical ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX incidents. Perform deep packet inspection, traffic flow analysis , and complex RCA. Lead resolutions for: Network latency and performance issues Application access failures Global user experience degradation Interface directly with Zscaler Engineering and TAC for advanced cases.
